When the card says “AND,” you’re saying it like you’re moving on to a new card, which makes it confusing.

CX

It was great. Now make sure these args actually get into the speech.
Priyanka-stop saying “uh” at the start at every one of your questions.

Number points on case

Fem isn’t just about systemic violence, it’s about viewing the world in terms of aggression, domination, etc. You got it later on, but make sure you’re clear on this point.

2AC

Difficult to flow at points. Differentiate your inflection between tags and cards, and make sure your ANDs are always there and clear (they were there and understandable sometimes, they were understated sometimes, and they weren’t there other times). Number your points.
How is predictions good responsive to the k?

2NC
Be clearer with impact calc. You had lots of turns case, need more ow.
You need to do a better job differentiating the withdrawal of the CP to that of the case and why the CP doesn’t affect heg. You tell me it’s only a risk that the CP is better, which I suppose is true, but that doesn’t make for the most persuasive argument as a whole.

CX
This perm seems fairly interesting on what constitutes COIN and what is being withdrawn. However, may not want to break it up. She didn’t answer that in the 2nc, could be a nice 1AR trick.

1NR
Need to go deeper on link level, and especially winners win. Don’t just extend your cards, you should be reading a link wall here.
Need to get to the impact calc with more time, and do outweighs case as well as turns.
Why do you guys insist upon using this nuke terror impact??? It’s not good, but even if you want to use it, read it in the 1NC then, because you’re not using your original impact.

1AR
Spend less time on heg, more time on START
Get to that bottom arg about heg solving the impact-they don’t answer it in the 1AR.
Need to work in some impact calc.

2NR

Need to cover more of the politics flow.
I still don’t understand this COIN key to global terror argument. You’re telling me that it’s ok if COIN fails in Afghanistan, because it will be successful elsewhere. But the plan only affects Afghanistan. So why does it matter?
Work on efficiency in the solvency flow. You tell me at least 4 or 5 times that the status quo solves and it’s empirically denied.

2AR

Not taking prep makes you seem arrogant, and I’m a hell of lot less willing to give you leeway here. If you have to pretend, pretend.
You need to spend a lot more time at the bottom of the politics flow. Winners win is barely covered, the you solve the impact claim is functionally dropped, and yet you barely touch either issue.
Need to frame more about US control of hegemony and it’s deployment. Just harping on the uniqueness level takes out your own impacts.
